Service Charge: This charge is set by the organisation or service that you are calling. This “service charge” will vary for each organisation or service and you should see the price wherever the number is advertised.

As a result of new regulations introduced by Ofcom, the telecommunications regulator, the way calls to numbers beginning 084, 087 and 118 numbers will be changing as of 1 July 2015. This does not affect calls to 0800 and 0808 numbers, which are still free from the 800Comms service.
